DISH is a Modern American restaurant in the heart of downtown Lincoln on the corner of 11th and O Streets. Led by Rachel McGill, who has been named a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: Midwest Award, the culinary team presents an ever-changing menu that features innovative, upscale American cuisine with a focus on local, sustainable products.
